7. What test equipment do you use? We use the latest digital testing equipment to ensure
you are getting accurate results. We do not use liquid reagents, thus eliminating any guess
work on your pool numbers.

9. Do you administer the chemicals? Yes, with each paid pool test, we will apply the first required chemical with the homeowners approval at no additional cost.
10. Can the homeowner purchase chemicals from you? Yes. We carry most widely used
chemicals available for sale. Prices are normal store prices. We do not upcharge.
11. What do we get with the test? You get a complete pool profile in writing along with
instructions on how to apply the required chemicals. Your technician will explain your
profile and install first required chemical with homeowners permission.
12. What if we don't want to apply the other required chemicals? No worries.. We can come back to your pool and apply the chemicals for a small fee.
13. Do you repair pool plaster, vinyl, piping or pool equipment? No. This is best handled by a
pool contractor.
